Dan Gurney's 1965 Galaxie

"The Gurney 65 Galaxie depicts the car Dan drove to victory in the Motor Trend 500 for the Wood brothers at Riverside that year. It's based on a Modelhaus resin kit I help Don master a few years ago. The paint is MCW while the decals are from Fred Cady.

The model was featured in a book titled "Stock Car Model Encyclopedia and Price Guide". This tome was one of the biggest flops I've had my name on, selling just a little over 3,400 copies. Anybody want to buy 10,000 uncirculated copies?"
