side" as your contributers call it. My Dad used to own the old modified
stockers in the fifties and early sixties, with his drivers racing against
the likes of Ray Hendrick and Ted Hairfield. I grew up on the early NASCAR
of Richard Petty, Fred Lorenzon and Fireball Roberts. I have been a racing
reporter for the past 14 years doing NASCAR radio programming both local
and syndicated."
