Bobby Allison's '69 Mercury
"I modified a Polar LIghts kit using resin pieces to convert it back to the 68-69 standard Cyclone. I used my own resin cast tire/wheels and Yesterday's decals. Ralph Moody said this was one of his favorite race cars that Holman Moody ever built. It was their last team car and was both fast and durable. Bobby had a very successful season in this car. The break up of Holman Moody prevented this team from keeping this team intact for the '72 season, but this Mercury would no longer have been eligible due to the 3 year rule. It would be the last dominant Ford for many years."
