The burgundy Hills Bros. car's color is Model Master Burgundy Red Metallic; the decals are Slixx. The car was driven by Hut Stricklin, one very nice NASCAR racer that, in my opinion, never really got his due. I got the chance to spend a goodly amount of time with Hut at Sears Point while he was practicing there in May of 2002 and found him to be friendly and a gentleman.
The Hills Bros. Decaffienated car (the coffee is deffeinated, not the car) is painted Boyd's Dark Green Pearl with decals by WetWorks. The green car was driven by rookie Ed Berrier.
I took liberties with the wheels on the cars, painting them gold to go with the stripes on the cars. The reference pictures I've got of the cars had the usual black wheels for the burgundy car, while a promo picture of the green car had chrome wheels that looked really cool. I settled on the gold as a medium. "
