Dale Earnhardt's 1994 GOODWRENCH LUMINA!!!
By Peter Lepold

Note from Peter:
"...Here are some new shots of my `94 Chevrolet Lumina, driven by the late Dale Earnhardt in the last race of the `94 season at Atlanta. The pics are not so good to see all the details what I add in the model.

I correct the "front air dam", because the models "air dam" is not right (in all the Lumina kitīs the sides of the air dam is wrong). Both sides are must going smooth into the fenders. That means, you must sand and fill and sand and fill....!

The "bumper imitate" at the spoiler must be more round (it is very square), so I sanded it round. I cut the missing small line between the air dam and the bumper, and open the grill in the air dam to the correct dimension.

Next I build a complete new rear spoiler from sheet with the right dimension. The rear bumper I must correct it to the right look, because in the kit the bumper ist to big for the `94 version.

Other details are a complete engine plumbing and wireing, the drivers room is complete detailed with wire, the air hoses and many more. I add a new window net from plaited stripes of adhesive tape. A complete new exhaust system I add and a new fuel intake. The rear window has become the missing "rear window rail" and at the windsheild I add the missing braces.

It was a lot of work (many more I canīt write here), but I love to build the Monogram NASCARīs because it is a lot of fun. "
