" ...The blue Hot Wheels car uses Racescale decals. The entire car was painted
blue - the white is part of the decal sheet. Excellent decals. There was no
bleed through and the "racetrack" is dayglow. The paint is three coats of
Testor's Colors by Boyd True Blue Pearl followed by two coats of Testor's
Transparent Blue.
The spoiler braces are flattened ptastic rod - I squeeze the ends with needle
nose pliers and install with white glue... "
