"Les, the car was driven by Gary Cretty, at Islip Speedway (and I think also Freeport and Riverhead) on Long Island, NY back in the 1970's. Probably around 1974 or 1975. All 1/4 or 1/5 mile bullrings.

The body is an ERC resin Vega Notchback. The chassis is out of the Vega Model King Modified re release, but could be taken out of any of the Model King asphalt modified kits. The chassis was shortened 1/4 inch. The engine is a small block Chevy taken out of an older AMT Winston Cup model. The roll bars are hand made, out of Evergreen plastic, using .080 and .100 inch rods. The decals are yours!! "
